I can’t imagine thinking “Bondo would be a great way to fix this hole in the bottom of the boat”!

Ray most of those photos were here,,but gone now. Took a bit of work to replace the missing photo's that were here. At least 50% are gone. Maybe that old aluminum boat site I started a long time ago has it ? There was hardly anything left of the transitional keel area you speak of. It was smashed to hell and a huge hole with missing material. I had to reverse engineer to the best of my ability. I will dig through my files and old videos .

I just reread this thread, what a restoration!
If you’re new to the forum check this out to see how it’s possible to go from bad to beautiful in a thousand easy steps ![]() I was mainly looking for more photos of the keel repair at the cutwater/keel transition, unfortunately a lot of the photos from the early posts are no longer accessible ![]() Hey Mark, do you have any more detailed photos, especially of the inside or of the outside with everything just stripped away before the repair. Why? I don’t know.
