A few weeks ago, Ray and Nick replaced some rivets in my boat. Ray showed me a bad dent, and today, Ray and Nick straightened it out and put in some more rivets. There is still some work to be done on the hull, but it's a lot better. I'm about ready to buy a motor, I plan to get a 30HP Tohatsu, if I don't change my mind again. My boat came with a teleflex, but I would prefer a cable system. If anyone has a steering hub for sale like the one in the picture below, let me know. If you recognize your boat, I got the picture at Arrowhead last fall. I came down to AH one day and looked at all the boats. The other picture is Ray and Nick putting in a Rivet.

I took the seats apart. I found styrofoam, mulch, 2 stink bugs, 3 spiders, several roaches, a Jarritos bottle cap, and a 2002 penny. I smashed the roaches and let the spiders go.

You could try wicking some G-flex in and around the head.

My hull has some weirdness as seen in the attached pictures. Unfortunately these bad rivets are under the seats, so to get at them I would have to take the seats apart. I think I could learn how to remove and replace all those rivets that hold the seats together, but I was wondering if it would be worth the trouble. I appreciate any thoughts from anyone who has had this.

I hung my first Vagabond from the ceiling using the bow handle? And transom lift handles, but I would now do it with belly straps like the do with marine lifts, maybe 2x4s under the hull to add strength..imho ..
