Ordered all the paint stripping supplies that were mentioned to me. Glad those didnt come right away cause I would have been tempted to jump ahead. Can't wait!

Wow! That looks a ton better now. It'll be interesting to see what the anodizing looks like under there. If it was painted pretty early on, it might be pretty well preserved.

It looks like you may still have some good anodizing under the paint. Get it stripped and we will see what it looks like. You are missing the strip of aluminum down the center of the deck. You are also missing the bird from the front. Contact member Bruceter. He remanufactures the birds. The aluminum strip can be redone.
