I share your view of social media and stayed away from it for years. I don't use it for social purposes at all. I use it because the groups provide wonderful photos. Facebooks algorithm has done a good job of figuring out what I like. It automatically feds me with photos of vintage cars, and boats, wildlife, and natural landscapes. I'm amazed by the skill of amateur photographers. who post on Facebook. I occasionally exchange messages. I wrote Marshall to encourage him to post his boat on this site because it will both increase the boat's exposure in the market place and allow people here to see his beautiful boat. I don't think sharing a boat is a bad idea. It gives you the opportunity to experience another boats at half the cost. I wouldn't incur my wife's wrath because I'd only be borrowing the boat.

Hmm... You might be on to something there. We'll need to work on that.
...and no, I don't partake in social media of any sort. I don't find it to be particularly 'social', and there's a bit too much 'media' for my tastes.

You're right about that, Rick. It belongs in a museum. It's one of the best I've seen. Sorry, I can't provide a link. You should get yourself a fake Facebook page. I'm fed incredible pictures everyday. They have lots of great boat sites. Good vintage car sites too. I don't use it for anything else.
