Yeah, I was thinking about that. I see that a Vagabond sold new in 1954 for about $500. How much to you think the same boat would sell for new today? Maybe $7500? So an increase of 15x for inflation in 60 years. This guy seems to be aiming for 80x the original price. So he's off by a factor of 5 or 6... I also think it's kind of funny that he says "...In all my years of collecting, I've never seen one of these", followed by "It's a must-have item for anyone with an old Mercury." Seems a bit of a contradiction...
