What model is this? Falcon?

Not a Falcon, may be a Skibo.
A Falcon looks like and oversized Vagabond.

I think so. It definitely looks like someone decided to make a runabout type boat out of an open one. Looks to be pretty nicely done though.

The corrugations down the side of the Chief are similar to the ones on the Flash Dan and I own, both are about the same vintage and I guess were something the factory was experimenting with at the time.
The 53 Flyers had the corrugated sides too.
The Chief in the ad is a good looking boat, I wonder if it has had the front deck extended, the catalog shows a short front deck.

The catalog photo of the '52 Chief shows both of those features. The seller has the wrong vintage emblems. Pointy/frowny feather vs rounded/smiley.
