I'd have to agree with Dan on the number. With the front seat structure and deck missing it'd be a lot of work to do any sort of serviceable restoration, even without knowing what sorts of badness all that wood is hiding.

I am not a vagabond owner, but it looks like someone removed the front seat backs?
If this is true, I would think that the structural integrity has been compromised, and could affect the selling price.
