Heard the news from Ray just as was going off shore. I'm glad I got to see you for quick visit before she made her transition. She was such a kind and beautiful soul...as you are my friend.
Love to you and all.

I would like to thank my FeatherCraft family for all the prayers, love and support during this very difficult time. Cancer is a nasty thing but I will be focusing on the many blessings granted to me by God during my 55 years of marriage to Jerri. I could not have been more blessed. Once again......thank you everyone.
Nick, so sorry that you and Jordan are without your amazing Jerri. She was one of a kind. Arrowhead was aways a little brighter when she was around. Such a lady.
Darlene and I were inquiring about everyone's well being with LuAnn this past spring when we checked in at the motel and I can't help but be reminded of what LuAnn said to us about Jerri that day. I don't think she would mind me sharing, so I'll repeat it.
LuAnn told us that they had attended church together for years. Choir, I believe. She said that she was just sick when she first heard that Jerri was ill.
" I thought to myself, 'oh, I'll never get to hear that beautiful voice again.'"
Darlene said that it must have been something special, huh?
LuAnn responded that the only way she could even begin to describe it was..." It was like hot fudge spreading itself on vanilla ice cream."
I'm sure that's not a direct quote, but you get the idea.
I'm also not sure why that even comes to mind at a time like this other than that we are all many things to many people.
Jerri touched us all.
And we agree with Jabe, yours is a special love.
It had to have been. After all, you courted in a Feathercraft.
So sorry Nick, I always loved meeting Jerri when I came down to Arrowhead, seeing you both together warmed my heart, witnessing that special love you two shared, I am blessed to have experienced it, my prayers are being sent during this time for you and your family, we all already know she is looking down and holding you in her wings, the sweet angel that she has always been
I am sad to report that our own Nick Zurcher‘s wife Jerri passed away yesterday. For any that would like to know the arrangements I’m posting them here. www.facebook.com/511692282176536/posts/3822935554385509/?d=n
