A Classic Mercury Outboard Restoration 08 Jan 2021 02:14 #109268

I purchased new decals online but sorry to say, don't have the link to them at this time. I was going to have Dixie make them but when I located a source, she suggested it would be cheaper
to order than to have her make a new pattern. There were two sources found online, one made white or black lettering on clear, the other just white on clear.

Hey Marc, what did you end up doing for the throttle and shift label decals?

Thanks for reminding me Rick, forgot about them. I still have to get a set made. I should still have the file you sent me.

That control turned out really well, thank you so much. Its been fun watching your documentation of the process, I highly recommend it! Much better than getting a freshly painted motor from someone that you know nothing about how the inside mechanical bits were treated or if even touched.

Thank you Alan.

It was alot of fun and hope to get a ride one day!

Cheers.
