I mounted the last one I had inside on a glass boat I had and was impressed with how well it worked. I'll be looking forward to learning how it works on yours as I've been planning on getting one for my Rocket or Vagabond for awhile now.

Thanks for the input and photos, ive done some research and apparently setting my transducer inside in a bed of epoxy or silicone and it will shoot thru 1 layer of aluminum just fine. I can test with water in the hull so I will verify before cracking open the epoxy tube.
- I will post my results.

Mine is below the hull, but closer to the middle of the boat. almost right in front of the motor. I don't have any kind of spray like yours.

Looks too low to me. I don’t think mine goes below the hull.

After 5 months of looking I finally found the hummingbird depth finder I wanted on Facebook Marketplace in budget.
Took it out for the first time today and it seemed to work fine, but and shooting up a ton of spray! (see photos)
Amounted it in the same configuration I thought I did the same model on my ski boat in relation to the bottom of the hull.

Before I started trying to move it around I thought I would ask for tips from my feather-craft friends.
