Your steering tension spring brackets, are they stand up pulley blocks without the pulley? Why did you choose the gunwale location for them vs. on the transom near the rear steering pulley? Is it an angle thing?

Well that would be great but I guess I better stay at work they need me bad at least bad enough to take my off days away just like every summer for the last 3 years

trust me Charlie, i'd give my 2 eye teeth to do just that in the worst way..........hows 1/4 past 11 sound.......you in Dan........we can do the Poland Creek to Tellico Dam run, just like my first virgin run in Tenn waters with you 2..........:arrr:

yes Charlie.......after some lookin and staring, and seems everyone else is at work........i one armed that stump puller right up and onto the back..........after a busy afternoon, we now have steering, electrical is all hooked up, both start buttons (fore and aft), choke, solar charging like crazy..tach works, kill switch works.........fuel tanks and lines routed to the aft.........i think it is ready for a lake test..........yahooooooooo........finally..........now just a matter of when, back to work tomorrow........

A young man such as your self should be able to do that motor swap with one arm lol looking forward to see your boat in person

passed the leak test........2 wee drips........very bottom port corner of transom........tightened 2 rivets, barely drips at all.......had to wait quite awhile for it too show up........the other off the bottom of the front keel........but it was so minimal, couldnt tell if it was just the sweat coming down off the sides............good ole Canadian cold spring water........she beaded right up with condensation.......

yahoo.........she is now out enjoying the sunshine...........now to round up someone too give me a hand to shift over the Javelin.........
