got one corner poor man cleko'd........already feelin the strength........
this is the other waiting, along with the backing plate.....


not sure this weekend is the one for bringing the DR in........weather wise i should........going down into the -F and snow bound.....but......the missus leaves this weekend and i got my books too get in order.......as much as i would love too put the boat on TOP priority.......you all know........:weepy:

Even with rear steer the cables, controls and harness had to go somewhere.
Jabe I think Rob owes you some holes.
Rob it is not your boat anymore, update your list of boats.

Not familiar with a DR, why are there not more holes for steering cables, control cables and electric harness?

Because one is SUPPOSED to steer from the rear.

i dont have pics yet of the original holes, there were only 3........steering cable holes upper port and starboard (where the center holes are on my templates) and a lower hole starboard side for controls matching front seatback for front seat cruising..........yes Rob, front seat cruising.......:arrr:

as far as recasting, i have sent 3 e-mails out too the only 3 i know.....my friend south, has regretfully declined because of busyness of life.......totaly understand, cheers my friend........2nd e-mail no reply, 3rd e-mail, away on holidays and will contact me when back in country........

so today, i think i have sorted out my rear seat back......also finished the other windshield bracket.........

Those are nice. I have a perfect boat for a set of those. I bet a few of us might have use for a pair for windshields. I’ don’t think it would be too hard to have those done local Neil. I can think of a few guys.
