What did you use? Nylon wheel?


not this time, it was too ruff........had too file down grinder marks, then 120 grit paper, then a brass bar-b-que brush for grain direction, then green scotchbrite rubbed in the same direction......i love me brushed aluminium........:biggrin:

rear back rest done........is what is........she got her beauty marks for sure on the old skin......and new.......but strong and solid........had too use my old brasier rivets, till my new modified brasier rivet set arrives...i never took the time to confirm my homemade set too just now realize.......it mushes modified, like butter on hot toast.......( got 499 left)
looks like we may have a break in the weather later this week.........hope too bring little miss DR into the shop so she can warm back up too her old warm weather climate.....bet she grows half an inch.....
