made it home, and still all in one piece.........water spot to he!!, but thems the price ya pay.........
not sure if this page can hold everything i had to do today, i try to keep it short form.........lol
started with a 10 1/2 x 12 prop........my first tank 3/4 full with old fuel and seafoam added.........best i could get was 3800 rpm at 25mph.........what the hell...(WTH)......back to the dock.(bttd).....swapped out for a 10 3/8 x 11.......3950rpm at 25mph....WTH.....bttd........checked my link and sink........way out......adjusted to the good again.......4000rpm at 26mph.......WTH........bttd........throttle cable was not allowing full throttle....adjusted to the good again (it is now maxed out for lenght).......4700rpm at 27mph.......ok WTH......bttd........swapped back the original 10 1/2 x 12.......4600rpm at 28 mph.......yahoo......finished that old tank, plugged in the new.......ran the same, but after 26mph a steady slow porpoising......dropped the tilt pin in one notch........brought the nose down some........but now she ran for an hr straight at 4550rpm and a steady 27mph........was a great day, she is a great ride, and handles awesomly........that calls for a beer i think...

I'm thinking, in the back of my mind, that ol Jabez is pretty good with PhotoShop…..
I'll reserve my opinion until Arrowhead. We shall see. B)

thanks John, i checked it out, i have maybe enough room to turn them and almost be vertical till they hit the top of the transom handles..........i was not about to drill new holes......but it makes perfect sence to be vertical.........dont know where my mind was at..........excitement maybe, la la land........

Neil,
I would have mounted those transom eyes vertically rather than horizontally. I think they would have been stronger and less likely to break.

The new bolts should work fine. I was thinking of putting some on mine and then adding boat buckles to the trailer frame. I had them on my old fishing boat and it made for a sweet setup.
