TOPIC: Real gas v ethanol

Real gas v ethanol 13 Jun 2018 13:15 #85766

I only run non ethanol but this hose might be the cause of my problem. Cheap hose should be replaced often.

Just go to your local auto parts store. They'll have it.

John, do you know of a good place on-line to buy the "black" hose needed?

I don't run any gas with ethanol in it except in my pickup truck. Boats ,tractors, chainsaws lawnmowers, boat motors etc. I avoid ethanol like it is poison

John. It's the grey fuel line that is on new fuel line/primer bulb sets. I had this happen a few years ago as well. Do not use that Grey fuel line!
