I only run non ethanol but this hose might be the cause of my problem. Cheap hose should be replaced often.

I buy the black rubber hose at any auto parts store.

I don't run any gas with ethanol in it except in my pickup truck. Boats ,tractors, chainsaws lawnmowers, boat motors etc. I avoid ethanol like it is poison

that was somethin, she was some plugged up........glad you were able to grab some new line down the road and get it fixed up for the next run.......thank the lord it never got past the filter and bugger your carb...... |

Having ridden the rope of shame because of fuel line failure -I keep 2 complete fuel lines with ends an a bulb on board at all times.

Yep, last 2 fuel bulbs I bought the first thing I did was cut it off and replace it.

John. It's the grey fuel line that is on new fuel line/primer bulb sets. I had this happen a few years ago as well. Do not use that Grey fuel line! I'm still using black rubber fuel line like I have always used with no problems. I don't even know where to buy that new lined fuel hose.
