they can be awkward.........i found using the missuses butter knife to compress the pressure relief spring while pinching the primer spring helped alot.........once you get a couple bolts in just slide the knife out........takes a couple tries, but you'll get it........cheers

I took two pressure tanks apart for painting last year then put everything back together again without any trouble. I don't think I can help you since I didn't have the problems you seem to be encountering.

I have taken apart one of the two line pressure tanks and want to rebuild it... i believe I have purchased everything i need but can't figure out how to put it all back together. I know where everything goes but I cant figure out how to mash everything together with the two springs to get the bolts in. Any help would be appreciated. Calling me might be easier to explain at 404-784-9927 thanks
