I just got my Hawk II in the shop this morning, man what a tight fit.

I guess I will start by removing everything that should not be on the boat. There's a lot of rusty bolts, and a rotten transom support

And a leaky part in the front keel

Let the good times roll!

This is my first feathercraft so I call this a green-horn resto.

i picked this boat up this morning and want to give a special shout out to Dave Innis for carving out some time this morning and meeting me at the seller's house to help give this boat a good look over, THANKS DAVE!
here is a video of the boat after I washed it this morning in the rain
It will be a slow start as I have to finish a different boat first but I should be able to start the restoration in about a month.
