Did it hold to the boat under higher speeds?

I got the suction cup mount for my humminbird. Hasn't lasted a year with the rubber cracking at the edges. Will probably drill and mount.

Any suggestions on a portable stern transducer mount? I don't want to drill any holes and use it for 2 different boats.
Thanks
