Yeah, I like it better than the tinted stuff too.  I've got a chunk of it here waiting on me to finalize the shape of the panels. I was planning to gently radius the top and bottom edges and flame polish them.

That boat just keeps getting better.

I think the 3030 would look great. I’m not a big fan of tinted windshields.

That looks great!  Are you going with tinted for the plexi, or something clearer, like 3030 ?

Hey Syd, you’re the only one to see that! It is a little short. The plan is to get another tube and extend it.

It all looks great but I do have one question. From the picture the stern light looks short. How high above the motor is it? Thanks

Those look great, and I know, how much work.

The next time call me, like I said I always have 5052 Aluminum and it’s one of the most weldable of all the Aluminum alloys.

Got the first bracket sanded ready for drilling. The welding did not go all that well, but the first one cleaned up quite well. Process-wise I I used a Dremel with those sanding drums and them a combination of sanding blocks starting at 60 grit though 320 and them 3M scotch bright. You have to take the dremel slow so you don’t cut too deep though.
