Looks good, Gary. I might suggest you tie the transom down with short clamp straps from the handles to the trailer frame, rather than the straps across the beam of the boat.

I can't wait to see how these new motors run, we have not had an E Tec or the 30 HP Tohotsu run with us yet.

What year is your Vagabond?
I love my full front seat back on my 56 Vagabond, I can ride in the middle comfortably and the boat handles great with the stiffer front seat and the drivers weight centered.

Tongue weight is good, Transom saver is on. Whole unit is tight as a drum.
