Jeff. Motor ran great. Was/is still in the break-in period so didn't want to run it too hard. Shop that installed it set it up with a 9.9 x 12 prop. RPM range is 850-6250. They will switch it out for a higher pitch if it over revs. It did. Over rev shutdown works. Got 28.3 (gps) @ 6400rpm without playing with trim. Two people, 12gal. gas, gear. Was able to log 15.5hrs out of 20 for the break-in. Back in the Northeast so probably won't be running it for the next 6 weeks or so. Haven't figured mpg yet.
Power tilt/trim is a treat.

So how did the new motor do? Do you have any numbers to share?

I saw that happen.

Exactly why I never tell John when I have something new.

Was also able to take a few runs up and down the Intercoastal Waterway between Oak Hill and Ponce Inlet. If we took a right at the lighthouse we are in the Atlantic.

Been slacking a little since Floridas "Liars Club" meet with all this corona virus stuff. Only got to get out once with some
featherheads on the Lake George/Oklawaha river dam run. Was a great ride. My wife Maureen really enjoyed it too. Regret
not making the Palatka or Silver Spring run but started going into the isolation mode.Just so no one thinks I was lying about being there, here are a few pics. Group boat pic is John, Dan, Cheri and Razor, Rob, Mike, Charlie. We are looking forward to making another meet sometime. Perhaps the fall AH if this corona stuff subsides. Didn't even get a chance to sit around and chat very much. I had been practicing my lying. Getting pretty good at it too! Honest.
