Talking to me? Yes, I really enjoy my Mercury Ride Glide steering. I actually bored out the original 1/2" set up when I rebuilt the motor to except a newer 5/8" rods.

I was thinking the same, but maybe some fog or something rolling in off the river might cause some moisture. No biggie.
