The date for Arrowhead - FALL 2018 has been set for the last week of September i.e. Sept 23 -30. Louanne has requested that we make reservations by the end of May so she has some idea how much room will be left in case another group wants to come during our week. There is no deposit required or penalty for a cancellation. You can still make reservations later than May but as a courtesy to Louanne if you plan to come, let her know. If you are here in May that would be a good time to talk to her.

Arrowhead is closed till the first of April and there is plenty of room still available for May so there should not be a problem with making reservations for the spring meet after the resort opens for the season.
